Amanda Beacham OTR/L

Amanda Beacham is an occupational therapist and MUSC Graduate. She has experiences ranging from hospital acute care, to outpatient orthopedics and has a passion for helping adults achieve pain free active lifestyles. Amanda specializes in LSVT Big treatment for Parkinson’s Disease, orthopedic injuries/surgeries including shoulder, arm, and hand, as well as teaching patients how to manage pain and maintain movement secondary to arthritis.

Kristen Kelliher PT, DPT

Kristen Kelliher is a Physical Therapist who is originally from Indiana. She moved to Massachusetts to pursue her physical therapy degree at MCPHS University, where she graduated in 2015 with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Kristen has worked in a variety of settings ranging from outpatient orthopedics, outpatient neurologic and vestibular rehab, and skilled nursing facilities. She specializes in treating patients with balance and dizziness disorders, along with various orthopedic injuries. In her free time she enjoys running, barre and pilates.

 

Renee Wahlin PT, DPT

Renee Wahlin is a Physical Therapist who joined our team in July of 2022. She is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. She has experience in a variety of settings including pelvic health, outpatient orthopedics, vestibular and neurological rehabilitation, and inpatient rehabilitation. She recently moved from Richmond, Virginia and to Charleston. In her free time she enjoys baking, running, and traveling.

Alex Graulich PT, DPT

Alex Graulich is a Physical Therapist who joined our team in November of 2023. Following his undergraduate studies as a collegiate student-athlete, he moved to Charleston to attend the Medical University of South Carolina where he graduated with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Alex has experience in a variety of settings including outpatient orthopedics, inpatient orthopedics & trauma, and sports medicine. In his free time, Alex enjoys spending time with his wife Emily, weightlifting, and watching sports.

Haley Deters OTR/L

Haley is an occupational therapist who graduated from St. Louis University with her Masters in Occupational therapy. She is originally from Minnesota and is excited to now be living in Charleston. Haley has experience in a variety of settings but her speciality resides in hand and upper extremity therapy including management of arthritis, fractures, sprains and strains, and nerve injuries. In her free time she enjoys playing pickle-ball, traveling, and trying out new restaurants.
