  • Amanda Beacham, MOT, OTR/L

    Owner/Occupational Therapists/Pilates Instructor

    Amanda Beacham is an occupational therapist and the owner of Coastal Movement Specialists. She has a passion for helping adults achieve pain free active lifestyles. Amanda specializes in orthopedic injuries, neurological conditions, and is LSVT Big certified. She enjoys treating the shoulder, arm, and hand, as well as teaching patients how to manage pain and maintain movement secondary to arthritis.

  • Haley Deters, MOT, OTR/L

    Clinic Director/Occupational Therapist/Pilates Instructor

    Haley is an occupational therapist and clinic director at Coastal Movement Specialists. She specializes in hand and upper extremity therapy, with expertise in treating arthritis, fractures, sprains and strains, and nerve injuries. Haley is also skilled in fabricating custom orthotics for the hand, wrist, and elbow to support optimal healing and function. She is passionate about helping her patients regain independence and live their best, pain-free lives.

  • Elizabeth Ross, DPT, PT

    Physical Therapist/Pilates Instructor

    Elizabeth is a physical therapist from Greenville, SC. She earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from South College in Knoxville, TN. Elizabeth has a strong focus in pelvic floor therapy, helping patients address concerns such as pelvic pain, core dysfunction, and postpartum recovery with a personalized, whole-body approach. Her experience across orthopedic, pediatric, and skilled nursing settings allows her to provide well-rounded, comprehensive care tailored to each patient’s needs.

  • Lynsey Elkins, DPT, PT

    Physical Therapist

    Lynsey is a Physical Therapist originally from West Jefferson, NC. She recently moved to Charleston from Chapel Hill, NC where she attended UNC Chapel Hill for both her undergraduate studies and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Lynsey has experience in a variety of settings, but specializes in neck and back pain, various other orthopedic conditions/injuries, and vestibular and balance rehab.

  • Holman Davis, DPT, PT

    Physical Therapist

    Holman Davis is a Physical Therapist who graduated from the Medical University of South Carolina with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Holman's background includes orthopedics and neurology in both outpatient and inpatient settings where he received specific training in vestibular disorders and concussion. Physical therapy is his passion, and he loves helping others achieve their functional goals.

  • Alison Mahoney, OTD, OTR/L

    Occupational Therapists/Pilates Instructor

    Alison is an occupational therapist who graduated from MUSC. Before, she played college tennis at Limestone University. Alison has experience in a variety of settings, but specializes in management of post-surgical shoulder, arm, and hand repairs, managing pain and arthritis, and increasing independence in people who had a stroke or traumatic brain injury.

  • Alysia Clarkson, DPT, PT

    Physical Therapist

    Alysia is a physical therapist originally from Spartanburg, SC.  She completed her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from The Medical University of South Carolina in 2012.  She has focused her physical therapy career in outpatient orthopedics and is experienced in treating all musculoskeletal disorders and post-operative orthopedic cases.  She has additional certifications and training in manual therapy and dry needling.

  • Sara Bryan, DPT, PT

    Physical Therapist

    Sara is a physical therapist originally from Greenwood, South Carolina. She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the Medical University of South Carolina in 2009 and has since developed extensive experience treating chronic pain and orthopedic conditions across acute care, transitional care, and outpatient settings.

  • Laurie Woods, PT, MSPT

    Physical Therapist

    Laurie is a physical therapist with over 25 years experience who specializes in balance, vestibular impairments and neurological conditions.
    She certified in LSVT Big. She enjoys treating clients across all diagnoses. She is a graduate of College of Charleston and MUSC.
    She joined CMS part time after completing a full term career at MUSC to continue her work to create healing and solutions for her patients.
