  • Amanda Beacham OTR/L

    Owner/Occupational Therapists/Pilates Instructor

    Amanda Beacham is an occupational therapist and MUSC Graduate. She has experiences ranging from hospital acute care, to outpatient orthopedics and has a passion for helping adults achieve pain free active lifestyles. Amanda specializes in LSVT Big treatment for Parkinson’s Disease, orthopedic injuries/surgeries including shoulder, arm, and hand, as well as teaching patients how to manage pain and maintain movement secondary to arthritis.

  • Kristen Kelliher PT, DPT

    Owner/Physical Therapist/Pilates Instructor

    Kristen Kelliher is a Physical Therapist who is originally from Indiana. She moved to Massachusetts to pursue her physical therapy degree at MCPHS University, where she graduated in 2015 with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Kristen has worked in a variety of settings ranging from outpatient orthopedics, outpatient neurologic and vestibular rehab, and skilled nursing facilities. She specializes in treating patients with balance and dizziness disorders, along with various orthopedic injuries. In her free time she enjoys running, Pilates, being outdoors and spending time with her husband and three children.

  • Haley Deters OTR/L

    Clinic Director/Occupational Therapist/Pilates Instructor

    Haley is an occupational therapist who is originally from Minnesota and graduated from St. Louis University with her Masters in Occupational Therapy. Haley has experience in a variety of settings but her speciality resides in hand and upper extremity therapy including management of arthritis, fractures, sprains and strains, and nerve injuries. Haley is able to make custom orthotics for the hand, wrist, and elbow. In her free time she enjoys being active outdoors, reading, and traveling.

  • Alysia Clarkson PT, DPT

    Physical Therapist

    Alysia is a physical therapist originally from Spartanburg, SC.  She completed her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from The Medical University of South Carolina in 2012.  She has focused her physical therapy career in outpatient orthopedics and is experienced in treating all musculoskeletal disorders and post-operative orthopedic cases.  She has additional certifications and training in manual therapy and dry needling. Outside of patient care, Alysia enjoys being with her family and stays busy as a mother of 2. 

  • Elizabeth Ross PT, DPT

    Physical Therapist/Pilates Instructor

    Elizabeth is a physical therapist from Greenville, SC. She graduated from South College in Knoxville, TN with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. She has been doing travel physical therapy for the last year in New York City and Los Angeles. She has experience in many settings including orthopedic, pelvic floor, pediatrics, and skilled nursing. Liz enjoys being outdoors, traveling, baking, and trying workout classes in her free time.

  • Sara Bryan PT, DPT

    Physical Therapist

    Sara is a physical therapist originally from Greenwood, South Carolina. She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the Medical University of South Carolina in 2009 and has since developed extensive experience treating chronic pain and orthopedic conditions across acute care, transitional care, and outpatient settings. When she’s not in the clinic, Sara loves cheering on her daughter and son at their soccer games.

  • Lynsey Elkins PT, DPT

    Physical Therapist

    Lynsey is a Physical Therapist originally from West Jefferson, NC. She recently moved to Charleston from Chapel Hill, NC where she attended UNC Chapel Hill for both her undergraduate studies and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Lynsey has experience in a variety of settings, but specializes in neck and back pain, various other orthopedic conditions/injuries, and vestibular and balance rehab. In her free time she enjoys playing beach volleyball and pickleball, reading a good book, and spending time with her husband Isaiah. 

  • Holman Davis PT, DPT

    Physical Therapist

    Holman Davis is a Physical Therapist who graduated from the Medical University of South Carolina with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Holman's background includes orthopedics and neurology in both outpatient and inpatient settings where he received specific training in vestibular disorders and concussion. Physical therapy is his passion, and he loves helping others achieve their functional goals. In his free time, Holman enjoys cooking, exercising, and experiencing the many restaurants Charleston has to offer.

  • Alison Mahoney OTR/L

    Occupational Therapists/Pilates Instructor

    Alison is an occupational therapist who graduated from MUSC. Before, she played college tennis at Limestone University. Alison has experience in a variety of settings, but specializes in management of post-surgical shoulder, arm, and hand repairs, managing pain and arthritis, and increasing independence in people who had a stroke or traumatic brain injury. In her free time, she enjoys playing pickleball, baking, trying new restaurants, and fishing with her husband Brennan.
